Shawn Beighle
Director, IT and Telecommunications

Shawn Beighle joined the International Republican Institute (IRI) in 1999.

Beighle began his career in the technology and telecommunications fields as a Telecommunications Specialist in the United States Navy. After serving in Desert Storm and receiving a National Defense Medal, two Battle Efficiency awards and the Navy Achievement Medal, he was honorably discharged from service in 1994.

After leaving the Navy, Beighle located in Panama City, Florida where he continued his IT education while obtaining his Captain's license and operating his own charter service business.

In 1996, Beighle accepted the position of IT Manager for the California-based CPA offices of Soren, McAdam, Bartells. While there, he managed the IT and telecommunications infrastructures of two offices and 250 employees.

From 1998 to 1999, Beighle was IT Manager for the law offices of Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs (PHR&D) in Atlanta, Georgia. During his time with PHR&D, he managed a complete system rebuild, and managed the day-to-day support needs of nearly 200 staff.

As Director of IT and Telecommunications for IRI, Beighle leads a team of professionals in supporting and improving the technology and telecommunications needs of more than 50 offices located around the world.
