Sabina Agarunova, Chief Financial Officer
Sabina Agarunova returned to IRI in October 2005 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to being named CFO, Agarunova served as IRI’s Controller for five years.
Previously, Agarunova served as Accounting Manager at Conservation International and Citizens Development Corps. Prior to that, she worked at IRI as a Project Accountant for Eurasia.
Agarunova holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Strayer University. In addition, she holds an associate degree in music and a bachelor’s degree in Russian literature from Baku State University in her native Azerbaijan. She is currently working towards becoming a Certified Public Accountant.
