Amman, Jordan -- Scott Mastic, Director of IRI’s Middle East and North Africa programs, discusses the role IRI election observers play in Jordan’s November 9 parliamentary elections.  IRI has a delegation of 24 international observers from Bahrain, Egypt, the Netherlands, Spain and the United States along with long-term observers from Jordan.  This is the first time Jordan has opened its elections to international witnesses.
