IRI Releases Survey of Afghanistan Public Opinion
The randomly selected sample consists of 2,380 adult men (50 percent) and women (50 percent), yielding an overall margin of error of ± two percent at the midrange of the 95 percent confidence level. The survey was collected using in-person, face to face interviews by trained professional interviewers. A multistage stratification proportionate to population, with random selection of households and respondents in all 34 provinces of Afghanistan was used.
