Chisinau, Moldova – IRI today released its survey of Moldova public opinion.  The poll was conducted February 14 – March 2, 2010.

The randomly selected sample consists of 1,200 Moldovan residents older than the age of 18 and eligible to vote and is representative of the general population by age, gender and education.  The margin of error for the national sample does not exceed + three percent.

IRI has conducted surveys in Moldova since 2004.  This poll is part of IRI’s new governance program in Moldova, and was designed to enable leaders to identify citizen priorities, appropriately manage expectations and better inform the electorate of their progress.
