With the guidance of Dr. Anne Stella Fomumbod, executive director of WDN Cameroon, and WDN’s online trainings, she acquired the knowledge and skills to be a trainer and mentor for emerging female leaders. Her impact extends beyond individual empowerment as Kushinyu collaborates with mayors and other council executives to create gender-responsive policies promising a brighter future for generations.
Yet, amidst her remarkable achievements, Kushinyu’s steadfast optimism defines her character. She believes learning opportunities and experiences lead to personal and collective transformation. Her conviction resonates in her words, inspiring others to embrace their agency and effect change, one individual at a time.
As an advocate for young women, Kushinyu believes in WDN’s ability to shape the leaders of tomorrow with the support of proactive, dynamic, intelligent women who can drive sustainable change in their communities.
