To honor the life and legacy of the International Republican Institute (IRI)’s former president Lorne W. Craner, IRI is pleased to announce the Inaugural Lorne W. Craner Memorial Lecture.
This annual lecture series will host conversations that exemplify Lorne’s lifelong commitment to principled American leadership and effective diplomacy, including in service to the cause of political freedom, and seeks to pass these values on to the next generation.
Join us February 24, 2021 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. ET for the inaugural lecture with Senior Fellow, Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs; Former President, World Bank Group; Former Deputy Secretary of State; Former U.S. Trade Representative and Author, the Honorable Robert B. Zoellick, to discuss the importance of engaged American leadership abroad in promoting a more free, peaceful and democratic world.
