Engel, Chairman of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, led a bipartisan Committee virtual briefing Thursday on Authoritarianism, Disinformation, and Good Governance During COVID-19 with former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, National Democratic Institute (NDI) President Derek Mitchell, and International Republican Institute (IRI) President Dr. Daniel Twining.
