IRI To Hold the Annual John S. McCain Freedom Award Ceremony

Washington D.C. – On Tuesday, October 19, 2021, the International Republican Institute (IRI) will present the John S. McCain Freedom Award to the people of Belarus, Burma, Cuba and Lithuania, and the heroes of COVID. 

The Freedom Award was established in 1995 to honor individuals who have worked to advance freedom and democracy around the world and is IRI’s highest form of recognition.
