Whistleblower and Reporting Mechanisms
IRI is committed to the highest possible standards of ethical, moral, and legal business conduct. IRI seeks to provide and foster a fair and open atmosphere based on the value of respect that allows and encourages employees and others to make inquiries; express work-related concerns about ethical issues; and report violations or suspected violations of regulations, IRI policies applicable laws, procedures or rules, or other conduct related concerns.
Suspected wrongdoing within the organization must be reported. IRI makes every reasonable effort to prevent or detect and correct improper activities; encourages employees and others to report suspected wrongdoing; and protects individuals who make good-faith reports of suspected wrongdoing from retaliation.
IRI provides several avenues for reporting suspected illegal or unethical conduct, including through IRI’s Legal Department (legal@iri.org) or through IRI’s anonymous whistleblower hotline at www.lighthouse-services.com/iri or toll free in the U.S. at 844-405-0006 or internationally
at 800-603-2869.
