IRI Expresses Shock and Sadness at the Attacks in Ottawa

Tunis, Tunisia – “Yesterday Canada suffered another shocking attack as a gunman killed one solider and wounded others in an attack at the country’s National War Memorial and in its Parliament.  As a friend and partner of the Canadian government, we are saddened by this senseless violence and our thoughts and prayers go out to all Canadians, but especially to the friends and family of the solider who was killed and to those wounded.”
