The International Republican Institute (IRI) hosted Resident Program Director Thibault Muzergues for a talk on his new book, War in Europe? From Impossible War to Improbable Peace, with a foreword by IRI President Daniel Twining. Joined by fellow colleagues and guests, Twining and Muzergues sat down to discuss the lead up to the war in Ukraine, Muzergues’ predictions about the future of European peace, and what might be done to prevent widespread conflict. The event concluded with a question-and-answer session with the audience, touching on topics from the future of Adriatic ports and China to geo-economic war.
