Washington, D.C.— The International Republican Institute (IRI) issued the following statement in response to today’s attack in St. Petersburg.
“IRI stands with the people of St. Petersburg and Russia as they mourn this tragic attack. We express our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of those killed and our best wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured.”
